    Welcome to the Community First International (CFI) Employer’s Information Site. CFI have 9 offices situated in and around the Perth Metropolitan and South West regions of WA. CFI can offer an individualised, tailored service to assess your business’s training & employment needs. At each office CFI have individual Employment Liaison Officers available to assist you to identify the right staff for your needs. Our staff can visit your office and make a thorough professional assessment to accurately recruit for your company. After the initial assessment we can offer the following services FREE of charge:

    • Training needs analysis and report,
    • Listing of vacancies,
    • Short listing and referral of suitable applicants,
    • Arrange interviews,
    • Arrange work experience and work trials,
    • Placement of suitable candidates,
    • Structured and regular follow up on staff performance,
    • Routine site visits for up to 6 months to ensure sustainability.

    EMPLOYMENT ADVERTISING

    Employer details are kept confidential to avoid you receiving calls and queries from unsuitable applicants.

    • Training (Computer, RSA, TAFE, etc)*
    • Licensing, Medicals, Police Clearances *
    • Tools, equipment and clothing *
    • Private training for existing employees if required (ie. RSA)

    *FREE for eligible job seekers to ensure they have up to date skills and qualifications for your business.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • We arrange suitable job seekers to work with you to gain essential on the job skills for their future employability
    • We cover public liability insurance for all our work experience candidates
